Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1 cup raw cacao powder
4 tbsp of agave syrup
2 tsp organic vanilla paste (plus extra to serve)
1/8 cup of warm water
blueberries, to serve
Mix your almond meal and cacao powder in a large bowl. Pour your agave syrup and vanilla paste in the warm water and then pour into the almond meal and cacao mixture. Use enough water to make a crumbly consistency, you may not need to use all of it. Line a small baking tray with baking paper and press the mixture into the tray making sure to fill the edges firmly. Smear a little more vanilla paste across the top of the brownies and place in the fridge to set for around 15 minutes. Carefully remove the brownies from the fridge, cut into squares and sprinkle with blueberries and a little more agave. Serve:)
note: these will keep in the fridge for a few days, that is if you can stop yourself from eating them all at once!
