Makes 12 cups
Ingredients:
100g raw organic cacao butter, grated
3 tbs raw organic cacao powder ( more if you want a "dark" chocolate)
4 tbs raw agave syrup (or to taste)
1 tsp organic vanilla paste
1/4 cup cooked white quinoa
Melt the cacao butter in a glass bowl over a pot of boiling water. Remove from the heat and add cacao powder, mix well then add your agave syrup and vanilla paste. Once this is well combined stir in the quinoa. Make sure it is well coated in the chocolate. Spoon into mini cupcake wrappers and set in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Keep refrigerated until you eat them as they may melt.
