Ingredients:
400g of chickpeas, soaked overnight, rinsed and boiled (or to make this even quicker use canned, but remember to rinse!)
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons (fresh)
2 heaped tbs Tahini
2-3 tbs water
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
3-4 garlic cloves, crushed (reduce to 1 if you dont like too much garlic)
pinch of himalayan salt
freshly ground black pepper
Place chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, water, cumin, coriander and garlic in a food processor. Process until a smooth paste. If it is too thick add more lemon juice or water. Season with salt and pepper. Serve!
